With more games to play next season, manager Nuno Espirito Santo wants to strengthen the squad to compete on all fronts.

Weah and Mbangula are currently with Juventus at the FIFA Club World Cup.

Forest eyeing double swoop on Juventus

While they await a decision from the players, talks are ongoing between Forest and Juventus to reach a financial agreement.

Weah, who featured across several positions last season, ended the campaign with five goals and one assist in all competitions.

The 24-year-old is a flexible player who can operate as a winger, striker or full-back. His favoured role is on the flanks.

He is fast, good at linking play, and can create chances from wide positions. However, his defensive play still needs improvement.

Mbangula finished last season with four goals and five assists for Juventus in all competitions.

The right-footed winger usually plays on the left side, where he uses his pace and trickery to beat defenders.

He is known for stretching the play, delivering accurate crosses, and dribbling past markers in tight spaces.

Mbangula can also play behind the striker or as a second forward when needed. His ability to move into good areas makes him a constant threat.

Forest are also working on new deals for Ola Aina and Neco Williams to secure both players’ futures at the club.
