Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has spoken out on the challenge which awaits his side, in keeping tabs on on-loan frontman Vitor Roque this weekend.
Barcelona are of course primed to return to action tomorrow afternoon, in a La Liga meeting with Real Betis.
As much means a first meeting with his parent club for the aforementioned Vitor Roque, who made the move to the Estadio Benito Villamarín on loan during the summer.
Speaking during his pre-match press conference on Friday, it therefore came as little surprise when the name of his side’s former attacker was put to Hansi Flick.
Specifically, Barcelona’s headmaster was drawn on his plans to keep Roque’s influence on proceedings to a minimum on Saturday.
Flick, though, went on to assure:
“I’m not worried, I trust my players. All teams have good players, the same with Betis. We have to defend as well as possible.”
Turning attentions towards Roque’s summer exit, Flick continued:
“He’s doing very well and he’s improving. We realised when we arrived that he wasn’t completely happy, it was the best decision for him. It’s great for him that he feels better and is more positive.”
