There is a player at Chelsea right now who is not for sale or for loan unless they receive a a huge offer for him they cannot reject.
That is at least according to Fabrizio Romano who has put his latest information out on one outgoing that is not expected to happen at Chelsea this month.
Another player who is not expected to leave the club is goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen, although he has had some interest coming in for him as well this month.
And another one is midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka, although his departure is now looking much more likely and he has become unhappy with how he has been treated by the club.
But one player who will not be leaving the club is midfielder Andrey Santos, not even on a loan deal.

“Andrey Santos is not up for sale and absolutely cannot leave on loan, despite some reports between Andrey and Juventus. Chelsea have a huge valuation for this player and he is considered important part of next season. It would take an ‘out of market figure’ to sign him.”
I’m really not sure that he will. Or if he does then it will be taking Enzo Fernandez’ minutes and could cause problems there. Romeo Lavia is injured a lot but if he manages to sustain fitness then you’d expect him to be starting a lot in midfield as well. Then there is no debate that Moises Caicedo will be starting more often than not. All really good players who will want to be starting most games.
