Supporters attending this match are advised not to take any bags unless essential. Small bags or backpacks (which must fit under your seat) will be searched, in accordance with visiting supporter stand security procedures, which may cause a delay in entering the stadium.

TRAVELLING TO THE STADIUM

For directions to Carrow Road, including address and contact details, please see the visiting supporters guide here. Supporters travelling via public transport are asked to be mindful of other passengers travelling and respect the staff on board.

Supporters are advised to always allow extra time to travel on a match day and plan ahead.

Please be aware of the below overnight road closure, which may impact your journey:

A1075 North side of A11: 8pm-5am  & A11 to B1111 at Larling.

Duplicate Tickets can be collected from the Stadium Ticket office, located in the corner of the South Stand

OFFICIAL MATCH TICKET

Visiting Supporters are seated in The South Stand Blocks F,G,H & J and are accessed via Turnstile E7,E8 & E9.

The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

AT THE GROUND

Gates open 2 hours ahead of kick-off where hot food, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and snacks are all served inside the concourse. Kiosks close five minutes after kick-off, opening again at half-time before closing on the commencement of the second half.

‘OTBC’ MATCHDAY PROGRAMME

Matchday programmes cost just £3.50 for 116 pages of award-winning content and are available to purchase outside the stadium, in the Official Norwich City FC Merchandise stores and the Ticket Office. Several matchday vendors now take contactless payment.

CODE OF CONDUCT: RESPECT THE BADGE

If you ever witness crime, vandalism, violence, drugs, the use of smoke bombs and pyrotechnics or abusive behaviour from visiting or home supporters, inside or outside a Stadium, contact a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns.

Carrow Road is a smoke free venue. Use of Cigarettes, Vaporizers or E-Cigarettes is not permitted inside the stadium. Supporters are not able to exit and re-enter the stadium for any reason.

Should you require any information from Manchester City Supporter Services, the phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday’s and are closed Weekend’s and Bank Holidays except where there is a First Team home match. For this fixture Supporter Services will be open from 12pm until 5.45pm.
