Noa Lang returned to full training on Monday morning following more than a month out due to a hamstring injury. The PSV winger was forced off half an hour into his side’s clash with Sparta Rotterdam last month, and he’s since been out of the squad for a total of six matches. The 24-year-old was also forced out of the Netherlands squad for this month’s international action. Lang has returned to training ahead of a couple of crucial weeks for PSV.

Hirving Lozano has stepped in as Lang’s replacement during his period of absence. The Mexican winger has done an incredible job since his return to the club from Napoli in the summer. Lozano has netted five times and provided two assists in his eight Eredivisie appearances so far this season.

Noa Lang will be working towards his return as PSV prepare for some crucial games. This Saturday, the Eindhoven club travel to Enschede to take on Twente. Joseph Oosting’s side haven’t lost a home match in the league since February. The tough task of beating Twente is followed by a trip to Spain to play Sevilla in the Champions League. A win next Wednesday would have a huge boost on their chances of playing knockout football in the Champions League. On Sunday the 3rd of December, PSV face Feyenoord at De Kuip. Head coach Peter Bosz will be looking to maintain his side’s 100% start to the Eredivisie campaign.
