Nicolas Kuhn had this to say to Celtic and the Celtic supporters:

Thank You, Celtic. Saying goodbye is never easy. Especially to a place that has felt like home from the very beginning. Wearing the Celtic shirt, hearing the fans sing, having my own song and being part of this club’s history is something I’ll always be proud of.

I’ve grown here not just as a player, but as a person.

To everyone at the club – teammates, coaches, staff, and especially the supporters – thank you for the love, the trust, and the unforgettable memories.

Celtic will always be in my heart. Forever grateful,

Your Nic

The slight delay in getting this transfer formally announced has also had an knock-on delay to Celtic’s own plans to bring in a replacement winger and that should now progress with the likelihood that Michel–Ange Balikwisha will be the player brought in and tasked with the replacement role for the German who on his day was absolutely brilliant in his Celtic shirt.

Thanks to you Nicolas and all the best for your time in Italian football. Como will be slightly calmer than Glasgow, although a little more scenic! Hail Hail…
