Newly promoted Hamburg sign 26-year-old midfielder

Nicolas Capaldo's time at FC Red Bull Salzburg is over after four years. The Argentinian midfielder is moving to Hamburg, where he has signed a long-term contract.

The 26-year-old joined our Red Bulls in summer 2021 from Boca Juniors, making 126 appearances (with 15 goals and 10 assists) while winning two league titles and one Austrian cup. He appeared as a central midfielder and right-back at times. Nico now faces a new challenge in the German Bundesliga.
