Nicola Zalewski nearing Roma exit | OneFootball

Poland winger Nicola Zalewski is now nearing an exit from Serie A giants Roma.

The Giallorossi were close to selling the player in the summer transfer window and after he rejected a move to Turkey, he was excluded from the project and was later reinstated.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have now reported that Zalewski will not renew his Roma contract and the club are not even considering the possibility because of his recent disappointing performances. An exit from the club is now very much in sight during the January transfer window.

The Roman club do not appreciate Zalewski’s attitude either and they haven’t been happy with that aspect since the summer transfer window.

The winger wants to stay in Italy but there is interest from Besiktas. In the summer, things could change because he would be a free agent at that point.
