Francesco Farioli could name an unchanged side to the one that beat Paris Saint-Germain 3-2 at the Parc des Princes last weekend as he prepares for his first Côte d’Azur Derby against AS Monaco.

The major question mark revolves around the right-back position. Jordan Lotomba started against PSG, however, Youcef Atal has been a more regular starter for Les Aiglons this season, and he has largely impressed, notably scoring a stunner against RC Strasbourg Alsace.

Elsewhere, it looks highly likely that Farioli won’t make any changes. Sofiane Diop looks set to start as he returns to face his former side, although he is in direct competition with Jeremie Boga, who is being eased back into the side following injury. Terem Moffi will lead the line following his brace against PSG last weekend. The Nigerian forward scored twice at the Stade Louis II last season, and he will be looking to repeat the feat on Friday night.
