Roma youngster Niccolo Pisilli is hoping to stay with the first team next season.

After coming up through the club’s Primavera, Pisilli is now at a crossroads that can only be determined by Daniele De Rossi.

As reported by Il Tempo, it is up to the Roma technician to make a decision regarding Pisilli’s role in his team’s future plans.

The young Giallorossi player, who scored in the first summer test against Latina, will take part in Roma’s preseason with the first team between Trigoria and England, cultivating the hope of being able to have his say even when things get serious.

The almost twenty-year-old is yet another jewel of Roma’s youth sector, a huge fan since he was a child and already the scorer of a goal with the “grown-ups” last December 10th in the Europa League match against Sheriff.

After being launched by Jose Mourinho, Pisilli is hoping to become part of De Rossi’s rotations and play the role of the sixth man off the bench.

Otherwise, the player’s entourage could search for options outside of the Italian capital where he could go out on loan.
