Neymar is set for a sensational return to Brazil in January.
That's according to a report in South America on Sunday which claims that the 32-year-old is ready to sign for old club Santos.
Neymar came through the Santos ranks and made his debut in 2009, going on to score 107 goals in 177 appearances.
And now it seems as if the veteran forward could be about to go full circle with his career and make a shock return to the São Paulo side.
Brazilian journalist Cesar Luis Merlo - who is a respected source for all things transfers in his home country - has claimed that a deal has been struck between the player and Santos with a termination of his Al-Hilal deal in the works.
Neymar joined the Saudi Arabian club in 2023 but has played just three times having suffered an ACL injury last year.
