Neymar out injured for Champions League clash against Leipzig

Paris Saint-Germain have announced this afternoon that Neymar will be absent over the next few days as a result of a groin issue, and will miss the Champions League tie tomorrow against Leipzig.

The Brazilian had returned from international duty – having played as recently as Friday against Uruguay feeling pain, and will undergo treatment for several days before what the club hopes is a return to full training.

PSG add that Argentinian midfielder Leandro Paredes has picked up a thigh injury that will keep him out of action until the next international break. Sergio Ramos continues his individual training sessions as he returns from a calf injury.
