Neymar has offered an interesting response when asked about rumours of a possible move to Real Madrid in the summer.
The Brazilian forward has been heavily linked with a switch to Santiago Bernabéu in recent months despite PSG insisting the goalscorer is not for sale.
Thomas Tuchel’s side would be loathed to lose their record-breaking purchase just two years after signing him from Barcelona, but those reports of a switch back to Spain have never really gone away.
Neymar himself has now been asked about the possibility of moving to Los Blancos, and the 26-year-old has skirted around the issue without really tying down his future at Parc des Princes.
“There is always speculation about me,” he told Canal Plus.
“Ever since I became a professional footballer there has always been speculation that I would quit other clubs, but there is nothing concrete.
“As soon as there is something definitive, be reassured, I will tell everyone.”
Neymar has been in the goals this season for Les Parisien, netting 18 in all competitions for the Ligue 1 leaders.
After their 9-0 win over Guingamp on Saturday, Kylian Mbappé was also asked about a potential transfer to Real Madrid, after which he admitted “no one knows what the future holds”.
