Newcastle United have decided against making an offer for Alexander Isak from Real Sociedad.

The Swedish attacker was a key target for Magpies boss Eddie Howe this summer.

The St. James' Park stadium club are also ruling out of a move for Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby.

The French attacker is an exciting talent, but Newcastle are not willing to pay the mega fee Leverkusen are seeking for his signature.

Despite having a lot of funds available, Newcastle do not want to overspend in the transfer market.
