Newcastle United have tabled a bid for Leeds United star Raphinha.

The player remains determined to seal a dream switch to Barcelona.

However, with Barca hesitating, El Chiringuito's Gerard Romero reports the Magpies submitted a bid for the Brazilian on Friday morning.

Barca are expected to make a final decision this week, with Ousmane Dembele now considering signing a new deal.
