Newcastle have reportedly completed the signing of Florent Indalecio following a successful trial at the club.
Indalecio has penned a deal until the end of the season and will join the Under-23 set up.
Indalecio spent four weeks on Tyneside after a personal recommendation from Allan Saint-Maximin, who played with the winger at Saint-Étienne.
According to Shields Gazette, he is “being deemed a low key signing” by the club and will have to “work hard for first-team opportunities”.
Indalecio becomes the third addition to the U-23 side, following on from Rodrigo Vilca and Bradley Cross.
