Furthermore, the main shareholder Eintracht Frankfurt e.V. stated at the general meeting that vice-president Stefan Minden would take the place of the retiring Dieter Burkert on the supervisory board.

The nine-person supervisory board will now comprise the following members for the current period of office, which runs until summer 2025: Mathias Beck, Hans-Dieter Brenner, Sven Janssen, Stefan Minden, Claudio Montanini, Hans Nolte, Stephan Sturm, Moritz Theimann and Felix Wirmer.

In the subsequent supervisory board meeting, club president Mathias Beck was voted in unanimously, as expected, to the role of chairperson of the supervisory board. Sven Janssen was also elected unanimously as his deputy, and as such automatically became a member of that board, which now with immediate effect comprises Mathias Beck, Sven Janssen and Felix Wirmer, who is chairperson of the administrative board.

Other committees also received certain new members during the supervisory board meeting. The finance and audit committee will now comprise Hans-Dieter Brenner (chairperson), Stephan Sturm and Felix Wirmer, while the creative committee will be made up of Claudio Montanini (chairperson), Hans Nolte and Moritz Theimann.

Stefan Minden has been vice-president of Eintracht Frankfurt e.V.  for over ten years. His responsibility on the board is for the fan and development department, while he also puts his skills as a lawyer to use for the club by dealing with any and all legal matters. The 63-year-old, who has two sons, was head of the fan department for seven years before moving onto the board in early 2014.

Hans Nolte is managing partner of SASPO Holding and chairperson of the Hans Nolte Family Foundation. Until 2022, he was president and CEO of Hahn-Air. The 68-year-old is co-founder of the Hessen Dreieich sports club, and a life member and partner of Eintracht Frankfurt Sportpark Dreieich GmbH.

After 13 years in investment banking, Stephan Sturm was elected to the board of health company Fresenius in 2005, rising to become chairperson in 2016. Since 2023, the 60-year-old has run the family foundation of deceased businessman Heinz Hermann Thiele. He is a life member of Eintracht Frankfurt, and is also involved in a number of charitable organisations.
