One new Chelsea signing is apparently seen as a generational talent by those inside the club with big expectations building around him.

The Blues have spend stupid amounts of money in the last three years but on the pitch so far, we are not seeing the fruition of it. Chelsea will be hoping that their last game against Southampton will kick start a good turn of form now though.

The Blues won the game 4-0 in what was a much needed convincing performance, with goals coming from Christopher Nkunku, Pedro Neto, Levi Colwill, and Marc Cucurella.

EXCLUSIVE! The Goalkeeper Chelsea were very close to signing over Robert Sanchez – fans would have much preferred this!

The Saints were a very poor opposition of course, but Chelsea really needed a big win and a big performance, and that is exactly what they did last night right in the nick of time as they look to keep challenging for that all important Champions League spot.

Neto was superb playing as the number 9 and as well as getting his goal, he has explained why he loves playing as a striker with a hilarious answer!

Some signings have worked, others have not, and others have not even arrived yet but have huge hype around them – Estevao Willian is one of them.

Generational talent

GIVEMESPORT report that Estevao is viewed as a generational talent and scored 15 goals for Palmeiras last season. The 17-year-old has already been capped four times by Brazil. He can play as a winger or number 10, with long-term aspirations to play more through the centre. The west Londoners are not currently planning on loaning Estevao. He is expected to be immediately part of the first-team squad.

Sounds great, but he’s a young player and fans should make sure they stay patient with him despite all this mass hype.
