New Bundesliga season to start on 23 August 2024

The framework calendar for the 2024/25 season has been finalised. It states that the Bundesliga will start on 23 August 2024 and break for the winter after Matchday 15 (20-22 December 2024).

The Bundesliga clubs will resume the campaign on 10 January 2025. The season will end with Matchday 34 on 17/05/2025.

The first round of the DFB-Pokal will take place a week before the 62nd Bundesliga campaign starts (16-19 August 2024). The DFB-Pokal final will be played at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on Saturday 24 May 2025.
