Neves back in training as Lage offers updates on Wolves trio

Wolves will be without Rúben Neves, Max Kilman and Daniel Podence when they host Brighton this weekend.

Kilman and Podence continue their recovery and, despite reports indicating otherwise, it would seem that Saturday is too soon for Neves to return.

“We still have Max, Ruben and Daniel out. We don’t count these guys for the game,” said Lage.

“He [Neves] trained yesterday, today he didn’t train. It would be hard after 6 weeks for him to play, lets’s see what happens.”

Neves has missed Wolves’ last three games having suffered damage to the ligaments in his knee against Leeds back in March.
