It wasn’t a full house yet at Säbener Straße but a number of players returned to Bayern training on Tuesday ahead of Friday’s Bundesliga game against Bayer Leverkusen. Manuel Neuer and Leon Goretzka were back with the squad after their COVID-19 infections. Benjamin Pavard, Dayot Upamecano, Matthijs de Ligt, Ryan Gravenberch, Marcel Sabitzer and Josip Stanisic were all also involved again after featuring for their countries.

Manuel Neuer and Leon Goretzka took part in training again alongside several returning international players on Tuesday ahead of the Bayer Leverkusen game.

After the rain subsided in Munich, 11 players took to the pitch at the training ground for passing and shooting drills. One player not involved was Kingsley Coman, who continued his recovery from a hamstring injury on a nearby pitch.
