The legend of Óscar Pérez could continue living on in Liga MX.
‘El Conejo’ had planned to retire after playing the Clausura 2018 with Pachuca, but the recent interest of several Mexican clubs could lead him to reconsider his decision to hang up his gloves.
According to the information published in the newspaper Record, the 45-year-old could be in Necaxa’s plans for the next semester. However, negotiations likely depend on Los Rayos selling Marcelo Barovero in the next transfer window.
‘El Conejo’ sat on the bench for every match in the 2018 Clausura, but he showcased his talent in the Copa MX and proved he can still perform at a high level.
With the opportunity to start at Necaxa, the goalkeeper could once again postpone his decision to retire and shine once again in Liga MX.
