Napoli are keen on keeping Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at the club for longer and are looking to increase his salary.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report today that while the biggest of clubs in Europe are keeping an eye on the Georgian’s situation, Napoli know that and they want to extend his current contract till the summer of 2028. His current deal runs out in the summer of 2027 and Kvaratskhelia earns about €1.2 million per season.
Since Napoli kept an eye on the player for a long time before they signed him, Cristiano Guintoli’s relationship with his agent is quite excellent. There is a clear understanding between the two which allows for constant communication. As of now, Aurelio de Laurentiis is keen on doubling the player’s wages and add bonuses that reflect the club’s success.
The parties have agreed that they will talk about the new deal when the dust from the season settles and there is a high probability that the Georgian signs a deal till the summer of 2028 and earns about €2.5 million per season in the new contract.
