Following a near-disastrous start to the season, the Partenopei are desperately searching for new faces to join their pack in hopes of changing their fortune.

The Ivory Coast international has resolved the physical problems he endured during the first part of the campaign and is now ready to embark on a new journey elsewhere to gain more playing time. He favours a move to the Serie A because of his previous experience with Sassuolo and Empoli. The player spent five seasons in Italy before moving to the Premier League.

The Cherries have loan-listed the attacking midfielder, making an easier route to a loan possible for him.
