All six of those players had been under contract until June 30, so they will no longer be employed by the club on Monday.

Three of the aforementioned players had been on loan in Naples, namely Dendoncker, Gollini and Traore, so they will return to their parent clubs, Aston Villa, Atalanta and Bournemouth.

Zielinski, Idasiak and Demme are now free to negotiate with other clubs. It has been widely reported that Zielinski looks set to join Serie A rivals Inter on a free transfer.

New Napoli coach Antonio Conte looks set to completely refresh the Partenopei playing squad ahead of the 2024-25 season and is reportedly keen on Torino centre-back Alessandro Buongiorno, Mario Hermoso and Romelu Lukaku.
