Napoli coach Spalletti: No need for Ospina disappointment

Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti says goalkeeper Alex Meret has his full backing.

Spalletti also spoke of the departure of David Ospina.

He said, “Meret has made mistakes like other goalkeepers, for me he is very reliable, a goalkeeper on the national team's roster. I never said he's not good with his feet, he's training to eliminate the points where he needs to improve. But we need two goalkeepers to play at a high level.

“I wasn't disappointed with Ospina, by now players have got used to us automatically choosing their future.

"He will certainly have motivations that I accept but I thank him for the great job he did last year."
