With Ola Solbakken paying a secretive visit to the Italian capital on Sunday, several rumors are now linking the Norwegian attacker with Napoli, claiming Aurelio De Laurentiis’ side to be interested in the talented 23-year-old.
According to calciomercato.it, Solbakken’s entourage and Bodø/Glimt have been approached by Napoli who are looking to strengthen their attack after Lorenzo Insigne’s exit and Matteo Politano’s imminent departure.
At the moment, however, Napoli are having trouble negotiating Politano’s transfer with Valencia which has caused them to slow down talks with Solbakken.
The Norwegian attacker has had an agreement with Roma for the past few months, but, on the other hand, the Giallorossi have been unable to reach an agreement with Bodø/Glimt who want to keep him for the remaining UCL qualifiers.
The capital club are also considering signing Solbakken as a free agent in January 2023.
