Julian Nagelsmann has named his first Germany squad, picking two players for the first time and recalling Mats Hummels after a 28-month absence from the national team.

Union Berlin striker Kevin Behrens, VfB Stuttgart winger Chris Führich and Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Robert Andrich are all included for the first time.

Hummels is the one of four Borussia Dortmund players in the squad, along with Niklas Süle, Julian Brandt and Niclas Füllkrug, despite Germany facing Mexico in North America just less than 72 hours before Dortmund play Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga on 20 October.
