Lazio are working hard to re-home Vedat Muriqi and a new round of talks with Club Brugge are set to be held soon.
The Kosovan striker flew to Belgium earlier this month to undergo the usual pre-transfer medicals after a €12m total deal was agreed between the two clubs, but things changed after the tests and Club Brugge wanted to change the formula to a loan, causing the deal to collapse.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24), Lazio are threatening to take the Muriqi case to FIFA, threatening Club Brugge with consequences for their behaviour. Neither club particularly wants this and diplomacy work is currently being carried out to try and smooth things over. New talks could be held next week to try and reach a deal still.
Rumours from Spain yesterday suggested that Mallorca had agreed a €7.5m deal for Muriqi but this has been denied, meaning Lazio still need to find a new club for the unwanted Kosovan striker.
