A derby win, a full house and a record-breaking performance. The afternoon could hardly have gone better for Thomas Müller and Joshua Kimmich. FC Bayern beat an in-form Augsburg team 1-0 at the Allianz Arena, which was full for the first time in five months. It saw the side take another step towards their tenth Bundesliga title in a row and brought new milestones for Müller and Kimmich.

Müller is simply unstoppable. The victory over Augsburg made him just the third player, after Oliver Kahn (310) and Manuel Neuer (313) to notch up 300+ wins in the Bundesliga - and the first outfield player ever. Müller has also become the first person in league history to break this barrier playing for just one club. "The 300th win was not a spectacular one. It was a tough one today, but in the second half we deserved it. It was a huge step towards the title. I hope there are a few more wins to come," Müller said of his record.

Kimmich equals Robben

It was also Kimmich's 150th win in the Bundesliga. It only took Bayern's midfield engine 196 games to reach that total, equalling the league record held by none other than Mr. Wembley, Arjen Robben. "Of course it makes you proud. You notice that I play in the best team in Germany, otherwise it wouldn't be possible to record so many wins in such a short time. I hope there will be a few more," said Kimmich about win no.150.

Finally a full house back in the Allianz Arena!
