José Mourinho’s Fenerbahce are set to sign Youssef En-Nesyri from Sevilla. The Morocco international was reported to be one of Roma‘s main targets in attack.
Mourinho’s Fenerbahce are set to sign Moroccan striker En-Nesyri from Sevilla, according to Italian transfer expert Matteo Moretto.
According to the report on X, formerly Twitter, the 27-year-old centre-forward will travel to Turkey this morning to undergo medical tests with José Mourinho’s side.
Fabrizio Romano adds that Fenerbahce will pay over €20m to sign the Moroccan striker from Sevilla.
En-Nesyri was one of the primary names on Roma’s agenda, but the Giallorossi failed to reach an agreement with Sevilla.
Villarreal’s Alexander Sørloth and Lille’s Jonathan David are among the strikers on the Giallorossi’s agenda.
Roma sent Romelu Lukaku back to Chelsea after a one-year loan and are unwilling to rely on Tammy Abraham in 2024-25. Several sources claim that the Giallorossi have offered the ex-Chelsea forward to a number of clubs around Europe, including their Serie A rivals Milan.
