Motta’s post-match comments

Thiago Motta spoke on our fifth consecutive win: “It’s all emotional, an amazing night, unforgettable for all of us. Playing Verona is complicated as they’re very aggressive, but we were warriors. I have to thank every person in Bologna from the bottom of my heart, I don’t feel like I deserve this response, thank you for the chants and the banner, these things don’t happen often. But my lads are the stars, the spotlight should be on them, because without these players, me and my staff are nobody. There is a certain stupendous chemistry between the fans and the squad”.
