We saw earlier this year how Mario Balotelli changed the game when it came to celebrations with his Instagram Story selfie.

Well, naturally, that’s caught on – but in Morocco it’s not gone entirely to plan.

Mohammed El Fakih tried to do his best Balotelli impression after netting for Youssoufia Berrechid against MC Oudja.

But after wasting some time on the sidelines, the referee decided to let play restart, with the home side then conceding a penalty.

The award for most ridiculous penalty conceded goes to Youssoufia Berrechid. Mohammed El Fakih and his teammates celebrates 1-0 by doing a "Balotelli selfie". Meanwhile, Mouloudia Oujda restart the game and get a penalty. The Instagram story was never uploaded 😂 #Botola
