Morning session in Bogliasco, final training on Tuesday

Minus two to Lecco’s away match. Sampdoria got back to training on the synthetic pitch of “Garrone” in Bogliasco where, after an initial activation phase in the gym, Andrea Pirlo and his staff led a session based on activation on the field, technical exercises, tactical session, and finishing drills.

Schedule. Recovery session for Sebastiano Esposito; Kristoffer Askildsen, Antonio Barreca, Alex Ferrari, Stefano Girelli, and Ronaldo Vieira continued their respective recovery paths. Tomorrow, Tuesday, the final training session is scheduled for the afternoon before the departure by bus towards Lecco.
