Sergio Conceicao is not happy with Theo Hernandez’s bold new hairstyle, a report claims, while the directors accepted an offer for him from Como.

According to Matteo Moretto‘s latest for Relevo – in which he also talks about Mike Maignan’s imminent renewal – he gives some background on Theo and what happened in midweek before the Feyenoord game.

The French full-back’s performances have not been very good for some time now as he is ‘not consistent’ and ‘not attentive throughout the match’ while often making ‘defensive errors dictated by a lack of aggressiveness or attention’.

Recently – before the match he lost against Feyenoord in the Champions League – Theo also changed his look by going for an ‘electric pink’ hair cut, but the only thing electric in that case was the mood of his coach, Sérgio Conceição.

Known as a ‘very strict guy’ who tends to direct his team with an almost manic detail, reducing superficial things to a minimum, the Portuguese was not a fan of the fact that Theo had chosen to dye his hair to draw attention.

Moretto adds: “I haven’t talked about Theo’s possible renewal with AC Milan since spring 2024 , when I explained that the parties were not at all close. Time has passed and the issue has not changed much, quite the opposite.”

He confirms that Milan ‘had sold Theo in January, to Como, for almost 50 million euros’ but the player was not keen on even entertaining the move. However, it shows Milan ‘do not believe much in the renewal of the full-back, who has a contract that expires in 2026’.
