Roma, seeking another midfielder to expand their lineup, had approached the Brianza club, but only for a loan deal.

According to SiamoLaRoma.it, the request is for a permanent transfer worth €10 million.

The 28-year-old remains a prospect to be considered until the final days of the transfer window, but the deal is unlikely to materialize under these conditions.
