According to Foot Mercato, Montpellier are set to make a move of Moroccan international left-back Tahia Attiyat Allah (27) who currently plays for Wydad Casablanca. One of the revelations of the 2022 World Cup with Walid Regragui’s Morocco side, there is also interest from Beşiktaş and Olympiakos for the player’s signature.

Santi Aouna reveals that currently there is no contractual agreement between the club and the player, with Wydad wanting to keep Attiyat Allah for the club World Cup which is set to take place in Morocco in the coming months.

The 27 year-old was a youth player at Chelsea, but has played most of his career in Morocco with year’s stint in Greece with Volos. He’s made 12 appearances this season for Wydad Casablanca, scoring one goal and registering two assists. At the World Cup, the defender made six appearances and registered one assist as Morocco reached a historic semi-final with France.
