Mohamed Toubache-TER reports that Ligue 1 side Montpellier are closing in on a deal for 26-year-old goalkeeper Jonas Omlin from FC Basel.

MHSC’s Odyssey in attempting to find a new #1 goalkeeper for next season appears to be coming to an end – they were as of Friday night very close to a fee agreement with the Swiss side over a permanent deal. The next 4 days will be critical – Omlin, the final sprint.
