Carlos Vicens’ side currently sit second in the league behind Manchester United, but go into our final match of the season knowing a win would see us crowned champions.

The game takes place at Leyland County Ground and kicks-off at 13:00 (UK).

You can follow live updates on Twitter: @ManCityAcademy, whilst after the game we’ll have a match report and post-match reaction from Vicens and a player.

Thursday

Pep Guardiola will speak to the media ahead of City’s game against Newcastle United.

The manager’s pre-match press conference will begin at around 13:30 and you can watch it live on mancity.com and the Man City app.

Live updates will also be available on Twitter: @ManCity and we’ll have a full report, including the latest injury news, on the website and app shortly after the media briefing ends.

Friday

City travel to the North East to play Newcastle at St James’ Park.

Guardiola’s men could head there as Premier League champions if Manchester United lose to Leicester City on Tuesday or Liverpool on Thursday, but if not, City can seal the title with victory over Steve Bruce’s side.

Kick-off is at 20:00 and, in the UK, the game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

You can also keep up to date with all the action on mancity.com and the Man City app.

We’ll have minute by minute coverage in our Matchday Centre, which begins two hours before kick-off, whilst you can also keep abreast of the score on Twitter: @ManCity.

A match report and all the post-match reaction from Guardiola and his players will be available shortly after the full-time whistle.

And, as always, you can watch our live matchday show, We’re Not Really Here, across our digital platforms.

This week’s guests are Kevin Horlock and Gareth Taylor, who will be providing the usual mix of opinion and analysis to keep you entertained.

Sunday

It’s Women’s FA Cup day for City, who face West Ham United in the fifth round.

The Academy Stadium is the venue for Taylor’s side, who kick-off at 14:00 as we continue our defence of the trophy we won in November.

You can follow the action on our Twitter page: @ManCityWomen, and check out all the post-match reaction, including a match report and the thoughts of the manager and a player, on ManCity.com and the Man City app.
