According to a report from Foot Mercato, Monaco are the latest club to join the race to sign Timothy Weah (25) from Juventus during the summer transfer window. The American international is attracting a host of interest from clubs in England and France ahead of a potential move away from Serie A.

In addition to Les Monégasques, Marseille are the other Ligue 1 club showing an interest in the former Lille winger’s services. Whereas, in the Premier League, Leeds United, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have all shown an initial interest in recruiting Weah.

All signs point towards the 25-year-old leaving JuventusL’Équipe understands that the Turin-based club would be willing to sell Weah if they were to receive offers in the region of €15m. It remains to be seen as to what type of transfer the Italian outfit would be willing to consider – a loan or a permanent move.
