UFC star Molly McCann led the celebrations as her beloved Everton sealed their place in the Premier League next season.

Back at UFC London earlier this year, Molly McCann saw her star power shoot through the roof as she produced an incredible spinning knockout win over Luana Carolina. The victory took her record to 12-4 but beyond that, her celebrations after the fact – as well as her joyous reaction to Paddy Pimblett’s win – served as one of the highlights of the year so far for the entire promotion.

Outside of MMA and her role with Barstool Sports, McCann is also an avid supporter of Everton Football Club

As many will know, the Toffees managed to secure survival in the Premier League for another year last night courtesy of a remarkable 3-2 win over Crystal Palace. Things looked bad for the blue half of Merseyside after they went 2-0 down, but somehow, Frank Lampard’s men pulled it out of the bag.

Someone who was there to see it all in person was none other than ‘Meatball’ Molly who, as you can see, was right in the thick of it with the Goodison Park faithful both before and after the game.

Whether it was letting off blue flares or singing her heart out while sitting on the shoulders of a fellow supporter, the 32-year-old clearly had one of the best nights of her life, and who can blame her?

The return of Meatball

Following on from her triumph back in March, Molly McCann will once again bless the O2 Arena with her presence when the UFC returns to London on July 23. As you can imagine there’s quite a bit of momentum behind the Scouse sensation now and her reward for such a strong start to 2022 will be a meeting with Hannah Goldy.

With Goldy coming off the back of a nice submission win over Emily Whitmire last September, this is the perfect test to see where Molly is at in the division.

Get ready, folks, because if the sequel is anything close to the original, the capital is going to be rocking.
