Moises Caicedo may have just scored the Goal of the Season on its final day.

It's been a campaign of two halves for the Blues but they are ending it in the best way possible having taken the lead early against Bournemouth.

And it was an unlikely goalscorer who gave them said lead with Caicedo netting a genuine wonderstrike.

Getting the ball on the halfway line, the diminutive midfielder spotted that goalkeeper Neto was off his line and fired in from all of 50 yards.

Registering at an exact 50.5 yards, the goal goes down as the furthest scored in a league match since Wayne Rooney in 2017 for Everton (57.7 yards against West Ham).

If that is the strike that earns Chelsea sixth place and a spot in next season's Europa League, it will be more than worthy.
