La Liga giants Atlético Madrid have this evening at long last sealed a deal for Juventus striker Moise Kean.

That’s according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who a short time ago provided a major update on the situation.

Italian international Kean has of course been tipped for a move to the Wanda Metropolitano throughout the winter transfer window.

This comes after the former Everton man was identified as the ideal replacement for Ángel Correa, amid intense interest in the Argentine by way of the Saudi Pro League.

And though Correa’s exit, as of yet, has not been confirmed, late on Saturday, the Atlético board have opted to definitively move ahead with Kean’s signing.

As per a report on the part of the aforementioned Fabrizio Romano, ‘the agreement has been finalised between Atléti and Juventus’.

The 23-year-old, as a result, will fly out to Madrid over the coming 48 hours, to put pen to paper on a short-term loan deal with Diego Simeone’s side.

Juventus, for their part, will secure a fee of around €500,000 for Kean’s services.

The transfer does not feature an option to buy.
