Mohammed Kudus vows he has a lot more to show after an impressive start to life at Spurs.
The Ghanaian attacker joined Tottenham from West Ham in a £55m deal this summer and impressed in his new side’s Super Cup clash with PSG, despite Spurs spurning a lead to lose on penalties.
But Kudus says there is plenty more to come from him.
“I’m very excited to have joined this beautiful club,” he said.
“I’m still settling in and still trying to adapt and learn and get used to all my teammates and stuff like that, but with the help of the coaches and everyone in the club, so far it’s been going so smooth.
“But I still have a lot more to show with a lot of more games to play in the upcoming season.”
Despite the defeat on penalties to PSG, Kudus says he is encouraged by what Spurs showed during the game.
“It’s a sign to show that we can also play at this level and that’s what we aspire to do and I think we showed that today,” he said after the game.
