Mohamed Salah 'set to remain at Liverpool' next season | OneFootball

Liverpool do not expect Mohamed Salah to depart the club this summer amid uncertainty around his future.

That is according to a report from The Athletic’s David Ornstein, who claims that the club anticipate the Egyptian will see out his contract as it enters the final 12 months.

Salah has given the club no indication that he would like to follow Jürgen Klopp out the exit door and the Reds are also eager for him to remain.

Even in the Saudi Pro League, where he has the most interested suitors, expectations are that he will stay at Anfield for another year.

There is also reportedly no concern within the club over the heated exchange he appeared to be involved in with Klopp during Liverpool’s weekend draw with West Ham.

The 31-year-old has enjoyed another prolific campaign, contributing 29 goals across 49 appearances.
