Real Madrid will clash heads with Mallorca at the Mallorca Son Moix Stadium on Saturday evening as they try to secure all three points on their travels in La Liga. Los Blancos were held to an entertaining 3-3 draw by Manchester City recently, so they would be eager to return to winning ways versus Mallorca this weekend.

Carlo Ancelotti will opt for the 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make some changes to his first XI for this game. Luka Modric will get a chance to impress from the start of the game while Eduardo Camavinga has to settle for a spot on the bench.

Defence

Andriy Lunin will feature in between the sticks for the Madrid giants after shipping in three goals in his last outing. Nacho will function alongside Eder Militao at the centre of the Real Madrid backline as they try to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes.

Lucas Vazquez will fill in as the right-back while Fran Garcia hopes to catch the eye on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to get forward and express themselves in the opponent’s half.

Antonio Rudiger will get a rest on the bench as he provides cover for the defensive positions.

Midfield

Aurelien Tchouameni and Dani Ceballos will anchor the midfield for Los Blancos as they try to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park. The talented trio of Jude Bellingham, Luka Modric and Brahim Diaz will play just ahead of them as part of Real Madrid’s attack. All three of them need to be at their best if the Madrid giants are to secure a convincing win in La Liga this weekend.

Toni Kroos and Federico Valverde will be available for selection on the bench as they await for their chance to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if needed.

Attack

Vinicius Jr. will spearhead Carlo Ancelotti’s attack in the final third. He would be eager to make a difference for the visitors up top.

Rodrygo will be rested on the bench as well and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages of the game if required.
