Real Madrid entertained Celta Vigo at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to earn a win at home in La Liga. Los Blancos made a quick start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 21st minute when Vinicius Jr. found the back of the net. Carlo Ancelotti’s men went into the half-time interval 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Vicente Guaita scored an unfortunate own goal in the 79th minute before Carlos Dominguez scored another own goal in the 88th minute. Arda Guler put the icing on the cake for Los Blancos as he scored in injury time as the contest ended 4-0 in favour of the Madrid outfit.

LB: Ferland Mendy – 7/10

He didn’t do much wrong when defending inside his half but failed to make an impact going forward.

CM: Federico Valverde – 7.5/10

Valverde came back to defend when needed and caused some headaches for the Celta Vigo defenders.

CM: Luka Modric – 9/10

Modric made a few crucial interceptions for his team at the centre of the park. He also created a lot of decent chances for his teammates to score.

CM: Eduardo Camavinga – 8/10

He caught the eye in both halves and was replaced in the 87th minute.

Diaz caused a few headaches for his marker but failed to register a goal.
