Hours of Work: Approx. 3 hours at Home Games

Salary: £10.50 an hour

Responsible to: Head of Ticketing & Matchday Operations/Deputy Ticketing Services Supervisor

Location: Elland Road Stadium, Elland Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 0ES – This will be outside on the parameters outside of the stadium

Aim of Role: To assist Leeds United supporters gain access to the stadium using our new mobile technology.

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for people to be part of our Mobile Ticket Launch at Leeds United Football Club on matchdays at Elland Road for the 2022/23 season.

The club are looking to recruit a sizeable team of individuals to assist Leeds United supporters gain access to the stadium using our new mobile technology.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Approach Supporters coming to the home games and talk them through how to gain access using their digital tickets
  • To be approachable and be able to communicate and use excellent Customer Service skills to assist supporters
  • To be able to work in a fast paced environment and work quickly under pressure
  • To have knowledge of how to use mobile devices and iPad’s to access digital tickets
