AC Milan’s home leg against Roma was played in front of a sold out crowd at San Siro and tonight’s game at the Stadio Olimpico will be no different.

Milan take on Roma tonight hoping for a comeback mission in order to secure passage to the semi-finals of the Europa League, after they lost the first leg 1-0 last week.

Gianluca Mancini’s first half header was enough for Roma to emerge victorious in the first leg and give Daniele De Rossi’s men something to defend, but Milan will not give up on their European dream easily.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, the away sector will of course be sold out for tonight’s match in the capital as the 3,500 tickets were snapped up in under an hour by the Milan fans, who have once again shown their dedication to supporting the team.

However, there will not be the usual ‘corteo’ (fan march to the stadium) organised by the Curva Sud, most likely due to the heightened security concerns attached to a fixture of such magnitude.

As a reminder, Roma have lost three of their last four home games against Milan in all competitions (D1), more than they had in their previous 16 against them (W7 D7 L2), so the home crowd will need to be an extra edge.
