AC Milan are one of the clubs who are interested in signing striker Armando Broja from Chelsea, according to a report, as they are attracted by his characteristics.

MilanNews begin a report about Broja by describing him as a modern striker who combines a powerful physique with good technique on the ball. He is 1.91m tall but he really likes to attack the space in behind, with good movement inside the box like an instinctive centre-forward.

His work in the non-possession phase is also very positive, given because he contributes in the pressing phase, but he is only 21 years of age and therefore has room to improve in various areas which makes his potential even more attractive.

Last summer the Albania international was targeted by several clubs, including West Ham United, Real Madrid, Napoli and Newcastle. The team that came closest to signing him were the Hammers for a figure close to £30m, but the deal did not go through in the end.

At the end of the summer mercato Broja renewed with Chelsea until 2028, despite the choice of the Blues to sign former Milan man Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, as Broja is convinced that he can fight for a spot.

At the moment things are not going as he had imagined, with only six appearances across the Premier League and Champions League and zero goals, for a total of just 124 minutes of play. The arrival of the new coach Graham Potter could change things, but if not then Broja might be tempted to leave.

The report adds that Milan are following him very closely at the moment, even if there has not been any kind of official contact for now, with an asking price of around €30m set. This valuation falls within the economic range in which the Rossoneri can operate and the profile is held in high esteem.
